This morning we chose our own topic to write about in our journals. Then, we practiced sorting words according to how many syllables they have. We worked on our Washington, D.C. projects. Some groups are starting to write and type their paragraphs. We have some posters hung in the hallway! Then, we had centers/guided reading. We also took our Reading test. This afternoon we went to gym and music. In math, we switched classes and started learning about telling time. We will be working on this until Spring Break. If your child has an analog watch, please encourage him/her to wear it and practice telling time!
